Many years ago, I estimate 10 years ago, I was trained and certified in NLP. I used it a little, however, I resisted it because it felt like a mind [ blank ] to me. It's just not my style. I do not intentionally use NLP today. That said, I know I do without thinking about it. My mind was "programmed" in the training too
