Sounds more like a browser issue than Google.
However, I do know that some business information requires you to enter a code from a postcard that they mail you. It typically takes about 2 weeks, Praful.

I dont know, the only business info that I have entered was in G maps, and that is not too tough to change.

1. Do it from Chrome with your Gmail account opened on the same browser so it knows you
2. if new name or address Google will review and US mail a new card to verify
I can't find your google page

When I've done it, I had to log in to a google account with authority to manage the page, go in through google my business and make the updates. They'd then send a postcard to the address with a verification code to input. Bing was the same way.

You have some great comments. I was mailed a postcard to the new address. I had to enter the code on the postcard to verify the change. It could be that or as others have stated, try a new browser.

Google Plus needs a USPS postcard.
Google Business Listing, clear your browser, log into your Google account, try again.

You might have to get that approved thru G. I have no problems doing anything on my biz page. Just did it a few weeks ago.

I would try a different browser. Making changes on Google is always a hassle. I somehow manage to get it done but at the end of the day never really remember what I did to make it happen.
