We should conduct business via our FB Biz Page. Using our personal page for business is a violation of their TOS and could get our account deleted.
FWIW...Unless we are doing it all the time, FB typically looks the other way when we promote business on our personal pages. However, they can enforce their rules at any time. Do so at your own risk. ;-)

Use a separate business page. You may want to refer to it on your personal page.

Business page = market brand.
Personal page = anarchy, music and blue humor.
The worlds DO NOT collide.

As Anita Clark said: Using your personal facebook page for business is a violation of the FB Terms of Service.
And I believe that because of the FB algorithm updates, many people will start to use their personal pages to get more reach, and then FB will start cracking down and shutting down those personal profiles.
You can share once in a while important things about you from your FB business page. Don't post directl to personal page, but share from FB business page to personal page.

I think it depends on what brand you are promoting. You are of course a Realtor®, but you are also your own brand. If your overall goal is to simply build your Real Estate Practice and your brand awareness, in the attempt to become the thought leader in your marketplace, then you need to focus on your Real Estate Business Page.
If on top of that though, you are considering writing a book about Real Estate, going on a speaking tour, or possibly starting something like Real Estate coaching, for example, then you need to also create a Business page for this as well.
So for either option, the personal page is never the right fit. Also, for a free pro-tip, if you are having trouble coming up with content for your business page, focus on documenting what you do and how you do it. Education like that will put you in the minds of homeowners in your marketplace as the thought leader in the space. You will win every time.

According to FB, you are not to do business on your personal page. I definitely do have a business page I work on.
