No, I have never listed a FSBO Praful Thakkar, and have never actually considered doing so. I am not interested in being a Discount Agent, though have seen others who do go this route . . . it's not my style. I will read replies below though!

No as it does no one any good. The seller will still be uniformed, make mistakes and worse, my name would be on the mls. It makes one look bad to take limited service in a world where a lot of sellers are demanding more service, not less.

What is a discount broker?
What is a limited service broker?
What is a 'submission only' broker?
To answer your question, as others have said. a FSBO does not appear in Pinellas County Realtor Association multiple listing service.
The agent who declares they provide the consumer no choices may be losing track of what consumers are demanding.

No sir. If I list a FSBO they will no longer be a FSBO. However, I do represent buyers and look at FSBO's only if the FSBO agrees to compensate me.

No, I would not. I am not a limited listing broker and don't want to have any kind of recognition in the market that I might be.

Lots of no's. Consumers are offered choices in most industries. Real estate traditionally offered FSBO or "full service". If restaturants only offered "cook at home" (FSBO) or full service, there would be no fast food industry (I can hear the "that is ok" chorus). Obviosly, consumers like the choice of fast food options. Offering choices in the real estate industry is happening. Zillow buying and selling homes, Redfin, etc.... Choices are only going to become more prevalent. Not providing what the consumer is demanding is a recipe for going out of business.

If you have a contract with them, they technically are not a FSBO... even as a limited service. Now with an non-exclusive contract they could still be FSBO.

No, limited service leads to less than limited satisfaction, no time for that.

No thank you. What a waste of time. Bill boards, moving trucks, bus post 1% solution, full service. I saw 0.9%. Just saw someone will list it for $300 and mess up the transaction.
809,258
We do not. In Idaho for an MLS entry only listing the brokerage still needs to keep a copy of all documents related to the file and be available to discuss offers. So... might as well just be full service. -Kasey

Flat Fee, MLS only? I have done it for investors who buy and sell a lot of houses. But for your "typical" FSBO, no.
564,494
No - I will only list when the seller is 100% committed to the listing process.
