I listen occasionally.  I'm likely to stop listening if I become bored and/or disinterested.

I register for most CAR webinars, especially for legal updates. But usually I listen their recording, not live.

I generally only do them when they are training for a system I'm using.

Whats in it for me (the viewer asks) has to be addressed. Role reverse

I always enjoy webinars provided by Katerina Gasset on the topic of listings.... anything to do with listings.... her open house webinar was exceptional....

  Webinars are designed to sell me something, I get that.  But there still needs to be something of value provided in exchange for my time.  Not just a teaser to buy a product, service, or program.

   Also, unless it's a required course on the new standard forms, or the new MLS format, etc. then the Webinar should be held at lunchtime, and limited to 25 minutes.  I cannot take 65 minutes out of a busy afternoon to listen to a webinar. 

If a subject tickles my fancy, I register. If it fails to deliver I tune out.

Like Michael Jacobs, if I'm bored I'm out of there or I let my dog take notes for me. Show me something that is new & novel & actually works! I know that I have to work for 'it' to work so that's not the problem. Most stuff bores me to tears.

You know on AR we are a level up vs a regular Joe.

It has been a long time for me Tim PropertyMinder (AccelerAgent) and it is because I've usually found that they do not keep my attention or they are at an inconvenient time. When I'm working I'm working. I'd rather visit a podcast when it's convenient for me.

More often than not, I log out of webinars before they are halfway finished... too much chit-chat and usually nothing much new being presented or it's just a ruse for selling a product. I am sick to death of webinars with speakers who are running huge teams... that's not the focus of my business and isn't probably for a majority of agents who are sole practitioners.

I think topics to help us with our businesses are probably key - no selling or we tend to tune out. As for hot topics - right now, I can't think of one that I'm in need of for the next 3 super-busy months in our spring market!!

No selling, all practical ready to use info.

I am not normally interested in any webinars.

Right now the ones I'm signed up for or Cyber Security related.  For fun and part of a partnership program I'm in.  I'm kinda cooling on web and social media stuff.  SEO and changes are still ones I tune in to, but not as much anymore.  Just depends on the topic and how I feel at the time.
