Least favorite would have to be putting the listings up all over the internet! That's why I pay someone to do that for me! I do MLS and AR and that's IT!

The write-ups are my biggest challenge and sadly, that's not something I'm willing to hire-out to do! I tire of seeing the same old, same old and being creative with a 3/2 ranch is challenging sometimes!
