I never used an assistant when I was actively working.... I listed many subdivisions and did all of the deals myself.... all custom homes.... every home was different.... never had a problem....very organized.... I never wanted anyone touching my deals.

I posted a similar question- I used to have an assistant in-office but its been a couple years. I also used to have someone local but "work from home" about 10 years ago that could help with emails and follow up when I was on appointments. It was great that business could continue even though I could not be in front a computer, I was also wondering currently what is working well with VA.
