Hi! Yes, I have been using ePropertyWactch since 2014 and I love it. Homeowners (subscribers) will receive mail alerts every 4 weeks (or 2 weeks-if desired) with links to an interactive map and dynamic, ongoing content about their home value and neighborhood activity. ePropertyWatch provides homeowners with activity around property (last 90 days)... includes value, property profile, neighborhood data (see categories below) and trend graphs... pulls public, MLS data, etc.

Personally, I set delivery default to every 4 weeks. As of this post, I have an opt-in rate (75% of List). I also get high monthly open rates (50%+) and click rates (29%-50%+) - varies depending on the time of year. And, I like that it is branded to me, the agent (sponsor), keeping me top of mind. I highly recommend it!
