For the traditional real estate aspect I use Wise Agent. I love the checklists that are easy to create. I also love being able to add 'post dated' notes to the thread. Emails all become part of the record. Lock box tracking and home showing are all available to print out for a client report that easily shows all agent activity. This has proven 'mind blowing' for those seller who did not appreciate what happens behind the curtain.
They also have a COMPRESHIVE list of collaborative partners such and BombBomb, MailChimp and all the stuff everyone is selling agents.
And they have a liberal FREEE trial without need for a credit card.
Of course the editable newsletter gives an agent a good head start on their customized newsletter and blogging fabric.
Customer support is all done via email and chat. Always responsive and gracious when they told be the problem was not on their side and I made them prove it. And they were still gracious with the problem was a Google Gmail calendar setting they instructed me to check TWICE!
That is how a business creates an advocate.
But, I need to ask you, "Do you see your real estate business going into 'inbound' marketing (not email) in the next few years. The answer to that should be YES. In that case a traditional CRM is going to be the CRM you must replace to get there. The greatest cost of a CRM is the testing, validation, customization, configuring, implementing and training.
Once those 80 hours are spent, no one want to do it again.
If you chose Wise Agent let them know Annette sent you. I'll get bigger Christmas card this year.

No familiar with any of these. I've used Top Producer in the past, which worked well and now using IXACT, which also works well for me.

I want to thank so many who provded me with thoughtful answers. They were most helpful to me. I was able to find a website that compares the various CRMs (capterra.com), side-by-side. I've narrowed it down to Wise Agent (LionDesk looks more user friendly, but less features). Thank you again!

Santiago Ogradón Cortés - well, I'll suggest the best one - Buffini & Company's ReferralMaker.

Our most successful team uses Liondesk, personally I am curious about the Buffini system that Praful Thakkar suggests.

Hi, Santiago Ogradón Cortés!
I'm not too familiar with any of the CRMs you listed. However, the company I represent (PropertyMinder) offers a fully loaded CRM that helps you manage and convert leads, customize and automate your email marketing, monitor and track things, stay organized with a calendar and task manager, and much more (we also have an extensively updated Message Library as of January 2018).
If you'd ever like a one-on-one demo (our web specialists can also do a compare/contrast to the other CRMs you listed), I'd be happy to connect whenever is convenient for you. No pressure or sales pitch - just here to help and provide another option in your pursuit of a CRM that fits your business model.
Thanks!
- Tim

I think I decided against Wise agent because it limits your database to 5,000. I ended up going with Ixact but I am now using Salesforce

I use none of them. I've created my own system over the years that works well for me. I've never felt the need to pay for a CRM.

Never heard of 1-3. I know a few that use 4.
I use Buffini & Company 's Referral Maker CRM which blows all 4 away.
