What are the rules/laws in Georgia regarding a licensed agent paying a non-agent a referral fee for sending leads? Can I pay someone for sending me a referral if I close them?

And agents DO pay for these referrals/leads ALL THE TIME.

In nearly every state it is illegal for a licensed real estate agent to pay a referral fee to a non-agent. So, DO NOT PAY A REFERRAL FEE TO ANYONE NOT LICENSED.
