Unreasonable.  Some sellers just want to get $x.  Well we have to run comps to determine how much we can list the home for.  Just recently had a conversation with a seller who wants to list his home $60k above comps.

Terrible situation for my buyers when it happened but, in the end, they wound up with a better property, in a better area too!

      I had the Buyer, showed a new on market listing, wrote a full price offer...  Listing Agent calls me and says, "The Seller changed their mind and doesn't want to sell".  I was with Century 21 at the time; my Broker called their Broker and gave him @#%!
