You must be kidding, right? Bitcoin is down 11.8%. That's not for the year, but that is for the DAY and it's only 8:30 in the morning. It's now at $12000, down from the high of $19,000. Yes it may be the wave of the future and yes, you can buy it on the dip, but it's anything but safe and secure. My opinion is if you can't see it, touch it, smell it, don't know who the owner is, and has Hugh high/ low swings every day, you would be crazy to invest in it.

UPDATE: Ended the day down 23.8%, Greatime to buy!! LOL
