I plan to retire from the real estate business this year.  That was my plan in 2017, and also 2016, 2015 etc. but this year I really mean it!

One of my goals is to launch a lead gen system that I was working on last year. My original goal date was June/July 2017.

The advice I would give (and what caused me to miss this goal) is:

1. FOCUS. When you set a goal, don't let anything get in the way of it, even if it's a "great idea".

2. Done is Better Than Perfect. This one is a big one for me because I never want to put out poor work, but paralysis of analysis rarely serves anyone.

3. Control Your Time. Most of us say "we don't have time" when in reality, we all have the same time, we just fail to prioritize properly and manage our time well.

last year, I was blessed enough to open both eyes every morning....and I strive for that in 2018.... and my first task of every day is a trip to the gym.... and a strenuous, concentrated workout with strength training.

I agree with Carol Williams - Debbie's challenge has lots of wonderful posts with well-thought-out goals for 2018.

2017 was a tough year for listings ... my 2018 goal is to exceed my inventory and sales over last year.  Nose to the Grind!

Set high goals and then exceed them.

I will continue to provide exceptional service to my clients ... and I will list more homes this year.  

I plan on having the best 365 days of my life this year Jenifer Kynor , that's my goal. 

I plan on making as much money as possible

Planning to double the size of our team and reduce the size of our rental portfolio.

I have lots of goals but a couple I will share are more traveling and investing in my agents to make them have the best year ever.

More of the same.  Did good in 17, might as well keep it going for 18.

Same as we always do Pinky, try to take over the world. Couldn't help the Pinky and The Brain reference. Basically I already have enough pendings to beat last year so logistics and operations will be my goal.

Keep putting one foot in front of the other and doing what needs be done each day... results follow.

More time on the Beach !!!

To work less.

First is to sell at least as many homes as i did last year. To increase listings and cut stress.

Be aware of long term goals as well as short term. I have a long termer heading my way that was 1-2 years in the making. 90% there.....

For 2019 is ready!

Sales and more sales.

They are too many to list, but they are plugged into my CRM so I schedule my day around them. Essentially I'm setup to out perform 2017, which was my best year ever in business...any business I've owned, all due to my 2017 goals.

Seriously, I plan to purchase ten more rentals this year. I also started a Real Estate Investors Group that will have its first meeting next week! With my business I am refining processes and looking for ways to increase revenue without increasing workload.

2017 was our best year to date. For 2018 I'd like to do more of what we did in 2017 & exceed our sales goals again.
