I'm one of those who will respond to feedback requests; however,  I will be cautious with it and I never make comments regarding pricing. 

I use ShowingTime and it works well.  I always respond to those when I show property.

Our board uses Showing Time, and I try to reply when I do a showing. When I don't get feedback on one of my listings, I call the agent for feedback.

Showing Time sends out feedback requests automatically to agents who show my properties and follow up three times after the initial request. I customize my message requesting feeback. I receive feedback on nine out of 10 showings... sometimes it's valuable, sometimes not... but sellers want feedback and more often than not feedback is part of my arsenal when I need to convince a seller to paint a room, lower the price, etc.

We have an automated email that goes out to the Buyer's Agents who show our listings. You can opt-out of sending it but it's actually a nice, passive way of asking agents for their opinion & once you have it in writing it's a lot simpler to forward the client. I respond to mostly all requests for feedback & I try to add some value when I do. 

As soon as I can, if a response is needed.

      Showing Time and Supra both have Feedback options.  Less than half the agents use it. 

     Most agents here call when they have a question.

I have never used feedback tools.

I respond to agents' requests for feedback as I expect it on my listings.

I pay no attention to what they use, I prefer one on one feedback by phone or email.

Feedback is a feature of the showing service we use (Centralized Showing Service).  I am not familiary with any others.

I use CSS, which has the ability to email a feedback request right after showing, and multiple times, if needed.

I found that most asnwers are too vague...

I typically respond to all feedback requests.  Personally, I either text or call the showing agent for feedback requests.

Our MLS keeps sending a request for feedback agter you show a house.  I don't know i get better feedback.

Feedback tools are one of the most annoyng intrusions on my day. Yes, I respond but with little comment about price.

I will give them something but would like the agents to prepare better questions. Some of the questions are just not relevant to the showing.

They are seldom used here, when they are I find them more intrusive than anything. But that's me

Not used much in my market.  I do not use showing feedback. I agree with Ken Jones, ASA, SCGREA on this as well. 

My feedback is if the customer is interested, I present a contract. If not, we move on to the next one! If there is a blatant problem, I would give a courtesy call!

I tend not to.  The way I'm most likely to respond is when an agent calls me.

They are built into our MLS system. It can be good but it also can be garbage in, garbage out.

Yes, the MLS provides the Showing Request with auto request for feedback and I do respond every time.
