I would read and study from whatever was given to you to study. I do not even know what "impossible to study" means. We need to do the work. I found some flash cards by asking Mr. Google.

If there is an exam then there is someone out there teaching a class either onlin or in the classroom.
I would start by reading it...200 pages is nothing...
No, I am not trying to be sarcastic, but there are no shortcuts to learning.
I read the boring Florida Real Estate Handbook and did not understand much of it...so I read it again and the 3rd time I got it. Now I could teach the class.

Not a bar member. Try an on line school. Sorry I had 6 weeks of law school and called it quits. Employer would not reimburse tuition.
An exam to become responsible? Never heard of it. What they need is something that helps to keep you responsible. Good luck in your pursuit
Have you tried to Google for any posts about what to study? Usually, that will produce the answers you need.

Sorry, never heard of this one with regards to real estate. I see it's a legal thing online. Out here I recommend Duane Gomer for real estate crash courses, he may have something for this too (he did pass the bar on his first try).
No clue about how things work in California, but if there is an exam someone will offer help online or in a classroom. Good luck!
