No, I am not trying to be sarcastic, but there are no shortcuts to learning.
I read the boring Florida Real Estate Handbook and did not understand much of it...so I read it again and the 3rd time I got it. Now I could teach the class.

Sorry, never heard of this one with regards to real estate. I see it's a legal thing online. Out here I recommend Duane Gomer for real estate crash courses, he may have something for this too (he did pass the bar on his first try).
