I am not... I nurture my own leads. An outside service does not "nurture." It "drips." And for many leads all that non-personal dripping is annoying.

There so many that will gladly take your money for cold leads I lost count.

Many brokers and agents use ISAs for that. It is the best high touch way. Feel free to reach out to me to go over your needs to see if I can places you with the right ISA for your leads. 

I've never heard of anyone asking that question..... if someone else is nurturing the leads, what the hell are you doing??

Call me "Hands On" but I do the nurturing myself. It helps to build up repoire with a potential client. 

I think they might be too "robotic" to be effective. Sorry, don't know of any.

You are wasting your time with these services.  Don't be lazy.  get to work and call and write people.

Calls have to be licensed. If they talk at all about real estate 'for you' they need to be licensed.

No no and no. COntacting leads is what brings you business. I want to talk to my leads and turn them into clients, not trust someone else who may not have the skill to do it

We generate our own. People you see at church, social gathering, clubs. I get many leads from other realtors. We trade candidates. People pay fees to become Premier agents, I get calls from Zillow employees.   

That being said, my old neighbor who found his sweeties from eHarmony.com is getting another divorce. He vows he will use human  contact on his next instead of unpredictable electron-proton internet attraction. He needs a reliable referral.

I would recommend highly you nurture your own leads, and not pay for scam services.

You can use your database setting to send them scheduled auto texts, video texts and emails. You know that 80% leads would not answer your first call?

Never heard of either of these, what do they do and what does it cost in time and money?

Hire an inside sales agent (ISA) to be an integral part of your team.

At my REMAX office of over 160 agents, in addition to typical office staff that act as receptionist and data entry clerks are those who make phone calls to follow up on leads for agents. 

My advise is the person making these calls for you MUST be close to you geographically. For example as soon as the citizen realizes this person does not know where DUNEDIN ISLES is located, all agent credibility is lost.

My suggestion: place a 'gig' on the bulletin board of the local community college. Adjunct professors make so little money they are looking for ways to pay their rent. Don't like that idea.....

Then go the intern route. You can polish the stone to be a gleaming diamond of great value.
