Yes & I realized I have to ramp things up here. Things have slowed in my area. I was just sent today some dowloads on goal settings which is different from what I usually use.

Oh yes, this last 2 months aside from family things - is to really move my business forward and get it all into gear for the new year. I have surpassed my 1st year goals in Get It Done For Me virtual services. I just hired my Chief of Operations after meeting with my business consultant. Yes, even business consultants need business consulting, we are too close to see the trees. 

The next thing is I am automating more of my onboarding processes, bringing in new talent and creating new tutorials for Instagram and more for list management, email writing, list building, landing pages, FB ads and marketing. Lots to do but so excited to start selling more - and not be bogged down with day to day operataions. :) 

Nestor on the real estate side is getting all his ducks in a row for niche mailing, to expireds and those in foreclosure. 

I have to really important goals that I would like to have at least started by the end of the year. The first is to continue to grow the brand by utilizing more social media in a positive way. My second goal is to continue to reach additional realtors in my area so that they will be able to grow their business by having such a quality lender working as a team with them.

I have no goals left other than to enjoy myself.

It's a daily journey.  Moving forward.  

I would like to hire a contract mngr

I have no minimum goal, i want to get th elistings i have under contract and get new listings to kick start my 2018. The more the better

10 hours of prospecting a week through the beginning of December - except for Thanksgiving week...

It is not very specific question for me, since the time frame is so short, and we have two huge holidays. 

My goal is to serve and protect as many families as I can with insurance policies, as well as providing the best investment opportunities to investors...from the safe haven of annuities to medical real estate opportunities.

I have 4 more to get under Contract & Close before the end of the year and 8 more buyers/sellers to get in the pipeline for January Contracts.

This low inventory and sellers afraid to make a move before they find their new home is slowing me down, making me have to raise my prospecting numbers! Arrgh! 

Just winding up and preparing for 2018. It has been a good year and  I am pleased with the results.

  I have business goals, and life goals. 

Yes. I have many. Finish school at the end of November.  Then start cramming for the state exam.  Business as usual too - taking care of clients, managing my personal life and balancing it all for a perfect and harmonious end of year. I like to start the new year with a big bang!

Close a boatload in the pipeline, put new construction under contract, walk the beach for most of December.

As a Real Estate instructor my goals are a bit different than an agent or manager.  I will schedule classes for 2018, complete prep work and then enjoy the holiday season.

Yes, I have a few classes to teach before the end of 2017.

Hiring an additional agent to my team

One foot in front of the other day by day is my goal.

Acquire new contacts and customers through increased networking

Work on my 4th million for the year since I already gave-up on the first three.

Survival! My office manager was gone for a week. Two days after she came back, my other property manager took a week of vacation. Three days after she gets back, she and my wife/accountant/sales agent are both leaving to take the Broker's course for ten days. I'll be at 50% capacity in the office and at home with three kids!!!!

I reached some of the goals fell short of others.. pick yourself up dust yourself off and do it again :-)

I am not the norm, and don't do goals, but KNOW what I want to do each year in my head.   Just shy of my production goals.
