And, yet, they are the ones who argue the loudest.

Had a very difficult time with an agent (in my office) once, we had a 15 minute discussion on something very simple;  he ended up saying "I'm calling the broker in the morning about this" to which I replied, "Please, God, I beseech you to do just that."  The broker and I had an amusing head shaking moment together the next day...

Hi Richard!

Agreed!

I had an agent call me after we countered her clients offer on our home asking me how to position the price we are asking for our luxury home when all she could see in the area was contractor grade homes.

I had to speak to her about what an appraiser would say and how to explain this.

It is a balancing act of performing your due diligence and theirs. 

Think of them as a promising student and they should take it well.
