I speak Pig Latin, Red Squirrel, Conversational Dolphin and the language of the stars. The latter is actually a pretty complicated language.

When I was a kid, my parents would speak Italian when they didn't want us to know what they were saying.
Then I took French in high school, and began to decipher their evil secrets. If you know one romance language, you can understand some of the rest.

I've been accused of speaking Gibberish although I don't believe I'm fluent.  There are others who have mastered that language.  

Yes, I do speak several other languages, but it does not really do much to broaden the scope of my client base. And I don't especially want to as while I might be fluent in conversation in other languages, I am not fluent in the legal/business aspects of those languages and don't want the liability of not saying something correctly.

Yes - trilingual: fluent in three languages; dabble in other languages. Even knowing one word in a language can have a huge impact when used with those who speak it - opens up new dimensions.

I speak real estate.

I speak fluent English and the language of clear, concise, honest, transparent communication.  It helps me in life and in business. Being real works well for me.

Yes, I was even a translator in the military for German. It hasn't helped me with my job though I do run into people on occcasion that I can chat with.
