I hate all reality shows. Imagine, if we had never made the stupid people on MTV The Real World famous . . .
RE shows are the worst.

I watch Million $ Listing/New York... because I started in this business in New York City... nothing very real about that show, but it provides some mindless relaxation. There used to be another one about NYC agents, which I watched some years back where I knew the principals and also many of the agents featured, but with Million $ Listing.... not so much.

My wife is a fanatic about them. As for me the only one I do watch is Chip & Joanna Gaines on Fixer Upper

No, I used to have it on in our office and became really tired of watching 'non-reality' real estate themed shows!!  ;-)

We have many friends in the "industry" and know that these reality shows are so not real!  A

Million Dollar Listing is sometimes fun to watch.

Why ask us to give our opinions if you are afraid to offend by giving yours?

     Sellers and buyers who tell me, "they saw it on HGTV" make my eyes glaze over.

NO and ZERO interest.

Last person, a realtor who stated his profession as Hollywood actor on Linkedin using another outraged broker's property as flipped home on TV is now in jail. His client's CPA audited the rehab bills which included Victoria Secret, Louis Vitton- gifts to his female companions in Vegas.  He is scum of the profession caused many people foreclosued their homes in the name of greed.    

I do not watch these shows. I would rather read a good book.

Yes, if you consider Modern Family a reality TV show and Phil Dunphy a real estate agent.

I watch on occasion although I can't recall the last time...

I do not since there is no such thing as "reality tv" - it is all production and fake!

I presonally can't stand them and get quite tired of customers asking for things they see on these ridiculous shows! "I can I stay in the house for a month before I decide to make an offer?"  Oh please!

I was part of an HGTV behind the scenes show taped in Sedona, so I get how they work. I also have family that has been part of a reality show. They are basically fake and I know how they work! Like all programming, some I like some I don't. But I am a fan of most real estate shows. I like to find the flaws and I can refute others perceptions if they are watching these shows and think they are real. 

I do not. Reality TV any kind of show ... real estate or  otherwise.  Not my cup of Tea-V. 

No as they are scripted, not real and and not real life. Too many buyers and sellers think they are and quote tips from them that are not what needs to be done in real life

I do not love or hate those shows, but simply ignore them since almost nothing in them is real.  Yet, it is probably entertaining and can be quite funny.  Would I do it? Yes! What a great marketing opportunity!

I do tune in from time to time and realize it is fantasy, but I still enjoy.

I used to watch some of the flipping ones.  Mainly because the guy in Vegas was ostentatious and flipped out at everything... and Flip or Flop because of the pretty blonde.

Not a fan of the house hunter ones, though it is interesting to see what the markets are like in other areas/countries.

Real Estate TV

They drive me crazy. I can't watch them or they make me shake my fist at the t.v. -Kasey

I watch from time to time as it's pretty mindless and I don't identify with them at all. It can be helpful to see what consumers are seeing...and sometimes believing

PropertyMinder Inc. If I watch them, it is purely for entertainment. Most are pretty far fetched and don't present the true facts of this business.

Sometimes I do, things like beachfront properties or Million Dollar Listings... it's just entertainment. 

Day to day life is interesting enough...

Only by chance, do not go out of my way to find those shows. It's interesting to see the properties, but the rest feels very staged and unrealistic.

I tend to AVOID TV most of the time except as background noise... I RARELY see much of anything of value.

Know they are seriously scripted, but admit to watching some.

Realize it is fiction and enjoy for the comedy!
