Your real estate company should help you with that - hopefully they have a marketing department. You don't need 'new' ways either - good old fashioned working-your-sphere does the trick if you really get out there and work it!

Here's something new and creative: don't worry about getting known. Worry about knowing. If you're a new agent, spend as much time as possible in classes, acquiring skills, going to tours and opens, touring the market and meeting the vendors and support people that you're going to be working with. Then you can start to establish your online presence with meaty information about the areas that you want to work, link to a landing page that showcases you and all that delicious knowledge.
I believe that a well-developed reputation for competency will keep you going forever.

New and creative? Or, you could just do basic tried and true things consistently and exceptionally well. You can start by importing a picture of yourself and completing your profile. Make it easy for people to get to know you... and create a desire for them to receive what you have to share.

Host a pet adoption event with your local spca, maybe join together with a flooring store who can offer discounts on carpet and flooring that is pet friendly. Here read this post, it is where I just got this idea from.

You should talk with your broker to get ideas and find out what do they have available for new agents.

Does the new real estate company you joined have training? A broker to help? A mentor to guide and teach? Marketing department? Love what Candice A. Donofrio has to say about worry about knowing ... not about getting known. Good luck.

It is all about 'measured exposure'. That is, bring value to every ad effort. Be it, at Open House Events, to free home valuations without the expectation of an immediate ROI

I agree with Carol Williams use what works well for others. Let everyone know what you do! Use social media to engage with prospective clients. Talk with your new broker for ideas that work in your market.

Executive assistant.
What was the role you were hired to do?
You could spend a few hours on YouTube and watch a few 'experts' yap about flyers and campaigns and resources that an agent can use.
Or try BIG G and search 'real estate flyers' 'real estate campaigns.'

It is lovely that new agents want to be so creative and unique. How about trying old working blue print that works well?
