Looks similar to Bull Run Mountain stone, but more likely a product by MSI Stone or similar company. Local stone masons / bricklayers or material suppliers should be able to tell you.

That Jeff Pearl is in the know!
The faux stone/concrete based siding is very popular here - in fact, I have some of it on my own home and almost all of our builders use it in lieu of stone (and have since the early 2000's).
Here's a link to a product that I've seen on a lot of new construction homes here - I'm sure they have a color pallet you can view in-house or online.

I would like to think an inspector would know.
Absent that, I'll take Jeff Pearl's comment/answer for $1,000 please.

2005? It looks like something from the 1940' or 1950's.

Why doesn't it look newer? Can't say that I know. Swing on down to HomeDepot or Lowes & hope you find someone with a brain.

Sorry, but that's a new one on me, as we really don't use concrete siding in my market. You might want to check with a builder in your area.

Gets some close up shots and send them to a siding supplier in your area. Bet they will know.

You might try asking the immediate neighbors if they remember which company installed it.

Some kind of facade stone - ask a local stone guy.

If you post the city location, and close up photo I can find it. IF was installed in 2005 maybe is a composite material not really concrete but was applied to the surface with mortar. To jump a step futher I guess some are broken or missing. Even if you found the manufacturer and they had some in a bone yard it won't match in color. I suggest you find a stone mason to make a mold of a couple squares and quickcrete or add pigment in an aggregate concrete mix. A local artist sculptor could re-create it
