I tried it and have not get a listing or buyer who actually bought or sold. They want you  to cut your fee to nothing plus pay a huge referral. Does not leave much if anything to pay for an agents time to complete a transaction.

Supposedly a computer algorithm will decide who the best agent is and have the agents compete by lowering the commission.

Yes I have.  The leads are vaild.  You have to put together a great presentation in order to get selected by the buyer or seller.  However, the rebate to the customers and the split with Upnest is way to costly, especially if you have a Broker's split.

I was recently signing up for different referral companies...Did this one too...Almost immediately got a lead...asking me to respond with "MY BEST RATE"...OMG give me a break. 

I couldnt hit decline fast enough. Zero innterest in competing for sellers whose main requirement is lowest fee. Not my kind of client.

I'm not a particular fan.

They contacted me a few years ago and since then, whenever I have had a lull in business, I have used them.  I like them because you can cherry pick the leads so if it in a price point or neighborhood you would like to have more business in, you submit a proposal online, if you're selected for an interview, you meet with the prospective client and hopefully get hired.  

I turn down more opportunities than I take simply because most of the time I am busy enough I don't want to work for what the payout would ultimately be.  However, if it is a property I know will go under contract pretty much immediately, then I grab it. 

You pay a referral fee at closing, otherwise, there is no other expense. 

I generate... MY OWN LEADS, I NEVER BUY THEM. 

Nope, in general I never buy leads, you can spend your money and efforts to generate your own.

Their reviews are better. Suggest you spend a fee tell us how it works.....

Haven't heard of it. You might do better focusing on your own lead gen and not paying for leads, although I guess some have success with it.

I have not heard of that program but then again I don't buy leads anymore. I have never had success with that and it was always a waste of money.

Yes have heard of them.....but we love our purple envelopes, Nacco/Tacho nights and networks to plug into more leads.
