We have not for a very long time. Reason? Most home sellers refuse to pay for it and that is not in my budget.

we recommend they meet with a stager to get some direction prior to our presenting their home for sale.... that's their cost....we make recommendations for stagers we know are fair and do a fantastic job...

Sellers are becoming more resistant to the expense of renting furniture, paying consult fee, etc.  They are okay with new hand towels in the bathrooms, dining room settings on the table, and other less costly "staging".

Karen yes and we've been doing it for many years - long before it was called 'staging'. It so important to stage a home properly. Homes that are staged sell quicker and for more money. Just sold 3 of ours and they all sold in the 1st or 2nd day

I do occasionally, vacant rooms need defining.

I do not often, many of my sellers homes are already immaculate.

I recommend it but sellers usually decline. Thankfully most have done a great job on their own of making their homes show ready. And I do some myself

If I walk the home and feel they could use staging, always suggest it.  It can be costly, so up to the seller whether they do or not.

I'm a certified home stager so I help staging my listings.  I use the current furniture that my client has.  I don't bring furniture especially on vacant home.  I think that has to be a separate business.

I've only done it twice and they were very unique homes with round loving room and diagonal hallways.  people could not picture how to place furniture.  staging really helped.
