Multiple times for sure but I try to remember the good times more than those that have been more challenging. Yes, sometimes it's easier said than done...but this is my story...at least for right now...

Two is the most with non-distressed resales.
3 with short sales.

Can't beat that record, Debbie. The most I've ever had to do was twice and I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times even that has happened.

I had a short sale around 2006 that I sold 4 times before it finally closed. Then, in the end, the seller's lender wanted the agents to cut their commissions. I refused and held up the closing until the sellers agreed to fulfill their listing agreement and pay the full commission. I was livid that I worked so hard for the sellers and was going to get stiffed!

Usually it is gone in two attempts. Rarely from the very first time. Before accepting offer I verify all information, talk to a lender and often in addition preaprove with mine.

Wow!
I have had a few renters disappear and not show up for a lease signing, but never with buyers.

Debbie Reynolds I had a parcel listed that had several offers that never made it to the closing table. The last one did, but it took four years to close.

3 many years ago. The first time, buyers remorse set in, the second time, their loan didn't come through, and the third was the charm. And now that house is worth quite a bit more...it ended up being an excellent investment.

I don't understand the question. Do you mean how many times has it been under contract?
5,868,544
Last year, I think, was the worst. Had 3 homes that had to be sold three times each. Four is A LOT! Last year and some early this year, we saw a 25% fallout rate.
