Right now I don't have any marketing ideas on my plate. I plan to do some reorganization of business structure and client and customer base integration in the next 90 days in preparation for starting the new year on new footing and with a bang.

I have a 6 piece door hangers going out this week and next week that include a sold report for last 6 months, my football schedule , a state farm home inventory book with agent branding, a lender piece and a carpet cleaner discount piece in it, plus one of my post cards why now is the time to sell.

Probably getting my 2.5 ebooks done.  It's not really 2.5.  1 is a rework of one I've done, but want a 2nd version done that I can sell on a different website and try to sell on Amazon.  The other is a 2nd very short one where I just need to organize the info/links I have.  Goal was to get it done in April. Hopefully, at least one will be done by end of this week.

A direct mailing with a call to action (a reason to make the phone ring).

Mr. Banana is a smart guy for not getting into trouble, You are gonna have to figure that one out. Prioritize, and do that first one first.

I would recommend focus on your referral network.

The most urgent right is getting a home on the market. It needs to be remodelled, landscaped and staged. I will do some of remodelling and landscape myself.
