Jeff, everyone I know who uses Mojo thinks it is great. Do you have a lead generating website that integrates with it? It can save a lot of time. Let us know what you think after the trial. -Kasey

No. I have a local guy who uses google dial to leave hundreds of voice messages, similar to sending postcard to your farm area. He offered me free perks to try. I'll share the result in my blog. As far as I know, realtors that use him are very impressed.

I had not heard of it until you referenced Ben's blog.

Rather receiving a favorable review or no review I notice several agents have complaints on Yelp and through DRE that they are trying to circumvent a blockage or phone # are not on do not call list.  We have over 1000 lawyers in next town. Trying to be in good standing I pass.

I don't use it, and I don't have any patience for people that call me using computers. I just hang up on them. But, let us know how it works in a few months.

We do not use shotgun telemarketing so unlikely to consider a tool that compresses calling leads.

Some things are hard to improve on.

Personally, I cannot stand the delay on the phone line from autodialers and as soon as I detect it is not a traditional call, I disconnect.

I don't run my business off cold leads so I couldn't say. That would never work for the Working By Referral model I operate by.
