I do not search those sites.  I do not use those sites. I have not need to. I use my own MLS and integrate it on my WP site. 

I believe Z is the biggest and most well known. I use it minimally. My site of choice is my local MLS.

I think is Zillow. I don't use them anymore.

Zillow is the largest and I do monitor those sites to see what my clients are seeing/reading. Friends close, enemies closer.

What I know is that none of our clients give a hoot as to where these sites are rated.  They just keep doing what works for them.  What they do Zillow or any of the others could possibly do.  A

Zillow for sure.  At least around here.  We don't have a Redfin presence.  And yes, I have used Zillow to search in other areas of the country.  It's really user friendly despite agents' hatred for it and the inaccuracies. We do syndicate our listings to it and I do check them for accuracy and "claim" any listings we sell so our name is next to them instead of someone elses. -Kasey

I get the most activity from realtor dot com.

I peruse through Realtor.com fairly often.

Also CWBR.org and WIREX for the most accurate local and Wisconsin listings.

Some of those others are interesting for finding historical info on a property including very old listing photos.

I assume that you are using all of them.

All the people that I poll say Redfin. They love it. No mention of any other site even as a secondary.

I have profiles on them but do not 'use' them for anything. I do make sure my listings are correct every once in awhile.

Auto syndicate from MLS.

The only thing I do with these sites are check for accuracy with my listings, as I have found problems.

I check my listing, I syndicate there but that's it.  Makes my sellers happy, but I have a wonderful IDX solution and have no need to search there

Zillow is the most used what i hear from clients. For me it is my own app and of course MLS app. 

No I don't search on these sites. I use our MLS which only makes sense if I'm wanting up to date info.

Yahoo Homes is powered by zillow, IIRC.  You can't post anything there directly.  Redfin we have no choice on out here, same with homes.com and realtor.com.  They get autofed listings from the MLS.  I'm trying to educate the public to use realtor.com instead of zillow.

I post my listings before they go into mls.... and I beat the syndication companies.... I just accomplished that with the subdivision The Alcove in Franklin MA.... google it and there's one syndication company at the bottom of the first page...

I never check my listing on them, guess I should.

I do search the q and a on Trulia. I like to check out Zestimates of listings i am going to interview for, i like to know what the consumer may be looking at it so i have an answer when they ask, and they do ask

We try not to syndicate to the evil empire, but when clients insist, there is no alternative. Then when they see the misinformation, they realize how they have made a serious mistake. It is always different when it becomes personal.

I use trendmls.

I'm surprised that Yahoo still does so well.

Zillow seems to get action, good or bad!

I have to believe it's Zillow based on what I hear from my clients. I don't search for homes on these sites, but my listings are syndicted to all of them via RE/MAX and/or Carolina MLS.

I use the MLS that is it!   Most of theothers are not Professional sites they are only lead gen sites
