The new disclosure is ridiculous.  It's so long and is essentially a print out of the law and the same few disclosures sellers need to make.

Let's just say we now have a TON of forms. They don't update them as frequently as yours does - thankfully.  But when they do it's usually a good change and cleans suff up and makes our jobs easier.

We have annual forms changes that come out July 1st every year (just got them!).  Usually they hold up any changes until this time unless it is something that can't wait or a technical or typographical thing that needs to be fixed. -Kasey

Annually.  It's been the very rare occassion that we have mid year changes from on the forms from GAR.  And fortunately they also put out a document that explains the changes and reasons for the changes in detail annually as well.
