YES. We just got a Bed Bug Disclosure in mid-June

 Yes.  Every time a judge sets a new legal precedent, the attorneys for Florida Association of Realtors, and the attorney for our Tallahassee Board update or change the forms.  Happening way too much.

Constant? No. Regularly? Yes! Some major, some not. And they added a number of new forms here recently, again.

We do have periodic changes, but the main changes are once a year. Nothing as extensive as you show at mid year, Jeff.

Typically, our forms get changed annually in July of each year. 

Yes, in CA, we have a lot of changes recently. Good thing, our legal department has webinars every months about new changes.

 Last time I bought my own home there were 5 pages all together in a purchase contract. It was hand filled out through Coldwell Banker form. 

Yes some new stuff coming in some good and some complicated. It appears that a group of attorneys modify stuff every year...a mostly good thing

Yes about that amount of time and sometimes the change is just a highlighted word.

No, but when there is an update it just happens, no warning and no update, just a new form

There are regular changes(additions and revisions) to our forms.

Yes - we just had changes recently to our Offer to Purchase - again! These revisions occur about twice each year for us.

We are lucky, are state forms change ones a year.

The new disclosure is ridiculous.  It's so long and is essentially a print out of the law and the same few disclosures sellers need to make.

Let's just say we now have a TON of forms. They don't update them as frequently as yours does - thankfully.  But when they do it's usually a good change and cleans suff up and makes our jobs easier.

Interesting.  If you are under contract do they require you to change the forms of the transaction? 

We have annual forms changes that come out July 1st every year (just got them!).  Usually they hold up any changes until this time unless it is something that can't wait or a technical or typographical thing that needs to be fixed. -Kasey

Every six months for sure, sometimes more often.  Can't force people to buy new forms if they don't change 'em!

Annually.  It's been the very rare occassion that we have mid year changes from on the forms from GAR.  And fortunately they also put out a document that explains the changes and reasons for the changes in detail annually as well.

We have updated twice a year. What kills me is that there are errors on the updated forms and we have to wait for them to be corrected.  

We have them, but not that often.  Once a year, sometimes more often.

Fortunately, we don't have that problem in our area.

Jeff Pearl I can remember when the NVAR listing agreement was one page and the contract was two pages.

The templates for Docusign, etc are always far behind making a real hassle. Our contract now with riders is around 23 pages long.  We are killing trees just left & right here in IL.

The reason why is the attorneys on the Forms Committee are constantly trying to justify their salaries.

Not that often in Oklahoma.

The changes come with the territory.

Jeff, having contract changes constantly is awful!  Our RE Commission has decided changes will be made only every 3 years.
