Definitely, that's the 1st place most people go to check out agents! Having said that I got to love the Agents who's Zillow profile says they've closed 100+ sales this year. There is a difference between reporting team #'s & individual #s but it isn't reported that way on Zillow, so let the buyer beware- not everything you read online is what it seems!

It is vital to survival in the long run. Without a good reputation you will be lumped with the masses of those that cannot be trusted.
