I think that she knows it on a larger scale like a developer. All those high rise condo buildings were someone's idea. Reminds me that one of their developments has the largest foreclosures now in history. Something like 57M or something with another one on the way.

I'd say yes.  Being a Trump, you're bound to pick it up by osmosis.  Heck, I knew more than most agents when I got my license because my family was in it for 10+ years (and top producers in various cities, even had a locked in farm of an entire city) by the time I was licensed.
