Mortgage lending agents and real estate professional share the same foundational principles. However, lenders are so encumbered with red tape they have been rendered mute.
However, it is still a relationship business. For you it is building relationships with real estate agents and advertising for re-finance.
There are a gazillion coaches in relationship building.
However, I would challenge you to understand whether your need is for a business coach, marketing coach, mindset coach or growth coach. It is highly unlikely the one who offers all is master of any.
You are showing good instincts when you chooose to reach out.

Only local. I can only think of a few loan officers who conduct mortgage seminars around here. Nationwide, I would check with Carl White at http://www.mortgagemarketinganimals.com/
He was in our area recently, so I know he travels around. His next seminars are scheduled in Orlando FL, and Dallas TX.

Get involved in the San Jose Board of Realtors and make friends affliates: an older mortgage broker, a bank lender and someone at a credit union. Three different kinds of mortgage lenders than you at Union. Invite them to coffee, not dinner. You are looking for a mentor not a coach, someone who can fine tune your marketing and career path who is in your market

There are a lot of coaches out there but I can't say that I know of one I'd recommend. Thanks everyone for tagging me. Wish I could be of more help but I gave up on mortgage coaching after running into a few less than reputable people in the industry.

I think the best coach has to come from the company you work in so they can include your company policy and companies products
