Yes but, I would never use the address as the domain name - SUCH a waste of money!  I have FAR better results by using domains that include something like, "HotHouseInDilworth.com" etc.  

My clients have their own web pages on several of my sites - they don't need the 'address' to be the url because assigning a new url does absolutely NOTHING for bringing visitors to that page (on your site or any other site).  

In a listing presentation, you can share the difference and the sellers 'get' it!  There are agents who buy a domain name for all of their listings - I show the sellers the difference in hits to my listing sites and those that have the domain name as the address. There's no comparison!  They want to reach more buyers - just like I do!  ;-)

You want AGED urls that contain the neighborhood names - more people search neighborhoods than addresses.

Unique property websites are mostly a thing of the past now. With the right supplier, if you have a web site with an IDX, then each listing can have it's own unique page.

Yes, I do and have had for years. It makes it very easily to quickly respond to inquiries about a home by saying "go to www.123mainstree.com" as many queries do not provide a phone number to call back. And sellers love these as well. Easy to use for marketing. RealBird gives you a single property website for free and a domain from godaddy is cheap to buy for one year.

I don't use them. In most cases they are a waste, especially when properties are selling in 30 days or less.  On a unique or historical property, I would consider using one.

Just create a .extention in front of your site.  Or a shortened URL to mask it.

I have asked a related question about having some result (Web Page or Video) on page 1 of Google results that relate to a single property and single agent. 

I do not have a stand alone website.  to many place that people go to now like zillow.

We have them on Realbird, but do not purchase for each listing.  They go too fast. 

We do not any longer. Just not enough tome in the day to promote a single property website

I do not track such metrics.  I discuss the marketing plan with my clients.

I do not do listing websites - I don't see the point.  By the time the website gets any traffic the property should be sold way before then

the only website I create for each listing is via Realbird..... we have too many listings to do anything except that....although, we will have a website for each builder's subdivisions....

I use RealBird which produces a single property website.  Realbird is the bomb for listing marketing!!!! 

I do not.  All of my listings get a custom treatment on my website and I spend my marketing efforts driving traffic there.  "123MainStreet.com" was gimmicky at best 10 years ago and when the SEO Gods gave preference to exact matching URLs.  Now, it's content that is King.  My site and my listing pages rank in the top 5 when the address is searched for, often above zillow or Realtor.com

My websites allow me to have a landing page url for the listed property. If searched these will come up and no need to purchase another domain name. Listings aren't staying around but a few days these days.

We do not. We list here, and craigslist as well as a featured listing o our website which has high traffic. We also have a way on our website to send out the listing to everyone in our web database (1000's) who is looking for a house with that criteria. Single property site sounds like added unnecessary work.-Kasey

      It can be a good part of a listing presentation.  You can provide a link in your blog posts, on your yard sign, social media, etc.  

      But will it get you SEO?  Will it get noticed or found by the general public?  Not likely, unless you follow Debe Maxwell, CRS's suggestion and maximize the keywords in the URL.

I never did that.  My blog was so high ranking, I just wrote a blog post for each listing.

It is a matter of strategy.  We would not now advise a stand alone website, because the strategy is to have it on one's own website make each listing stand out. It also becomes a big job to make it a mini website that would include search, and other pertinent info, or create links to the main website.   In the beginning of all this, we did advise stand alone websites, because it made the seller feel good, and websites were just an expanded brochure.  A
