Boy, they will tell you it's just an anomaly that a lead would be in a black hole for 48 hours? 2 days in the internet world is forever. As you say, where was it?

They've been busy with their latest PR bashing about the suit in IL. 

They are selling those leads to other agents. 

All these companies promise soo much from the leads but stats show that only 1-3% of online leads end up as actual closings... so the $50-$100 per lead plus the cost of time and money to convert them... what does that do to actual ROI?

The darkside was sending the buyer contact information to several other agents that are subscribing to their services.  Glad you clarified what the darkside was as I was totally lost.

:-)  My guess is that they took those 48 hours to shop it out to their premier agents.  On my listings that used to be on there, I'm listed as the listing agent in the side bar, so I always get notified (allegedly) although I've seen that be a lie.  I also put my contact info all over that page so there is no doubt who owns that listing.  Darkside TOS be damned!
