NO!! I want as much room as possible for my phone number to be as large as possible!
I want them phoning me so I can romanticize & sell them on the house they're inquiring about - not looking at my mug!

Nope, I think that my phone number should be the biggest thing on the sign not my face. Literally, it's like a real estate vanity plate.

No.
Why not:
1 I am not that vain
2 No cost benefit to include

No.
1. Not that pretty.
2. Many in my profession would think that it was vain.

No. Not on signs or business cards. Why? Personal choice. I do not feel it is necessary.

No - old school I guess. You could not really advertise when I graduated from law school!

Jeff,
We do not recommend it. This is not about the agent, it is about getting a call on that home, it is advertising the home. A

No photo of ME!
I do include a photo of the dream they want.
They don't want Annette Lawrence but they do want sunsets on the beach whenever they choose. That is what I'm selling.
And it is less of an entrapment for those creepy crawling low-lifes on the prowl for opportunity. Even though Sasquatch is well prepared to put the squash on their intent, I find it best to keep everyone safe.

We do not. We just don't want our mug everywhere. It's only on websites and online. No signage, business cards and such. -Kasey

NO, the advertisement is for my listing, and should only have my contact information on it.

A signature where? I have many of them. I need to do new head-shots...:)

I do on all signs except lot signs - I have some older signs with no pics I use for those listings - no particular reason except to get use out of them

No; we feel it is more important to offer an uncluttered sign easily readable when drivers zip by at 100mph in the school zones

I do on my name riders because it didn't cost more and used the gauge that I like to see what the person looks like that I do business with. If I had to pay more I probably wouldn't.

I'm in agreement with all the 'no' votes here. In this day and age of crazy people, profiling (like Beverly Carter) is just too dangerous. I have a unique sign that draws them to call me.

No, I don't. I know some use it, but I wonder if they find it useful as a marketing tool.

I like boasting about the product. They will see ME soon enough. However, I do respect those that use this to market themselves while marketing product

I use my logo, not my photo. I don't look good with glasses, black eyes, missing teeth and mustaches.
5,313,834
I do and have for years. People recognize me from the sign and often stop in places like the supermarket and introduce themselves to me. I meet people in other settings who say "oh yes, I recognize you... I see your face all over my neighborhood." I meet people who insist they know me and I know perfectly well they only "know" me because of my signs.

No, I think it is a waste of space that can be put for better use, even some white space.

No. That way I don't have to update it. Plus it should be about how to contact me, not how awesome I look.

Nope! I'm all about promoting the name National Marketing Realtors. If agents want their faces on the sign they can put it on the rider or buy their own signs.

No I do not, I am not a big fan of photos. I think it makes me look younger than I am which someday may be a good thing but right now is not working to my advatage.

No. I don't like my photo in any advertising. For a couple of reasons. 1) It's way too much "me too" marketing. and 2) it detracts from the message. This business is about service, not popularity.
