I buy mailing lists for target marketing.... active adult community homes to be sold require a mailing list of 55+ to 80 years old who own a home.... that's how I sold out several 55+ communities with direct mail marketing for open house events.... just saying!
and I buy them from Experian...

Barbara Todaro is the queen of marketing..listen to her comments and take her lead!
I have not done so so I don't know which is the best
We did way back when, but no need to do so now. I think Barbara Todaro gave you a great answer.
They are all a complete waste of time and money. Build you own maiing list that is not shared with other agents,
I can't help with this.
Never done that.

Like Lynnea said, any title company will provide them for free to earn your business.
I know when I was in Banking I could order list for people who had mortgages and high balances on credit cards. I would phone them and get HELOC loans. I'm sure there's other list for real estate too. Get my list now from title for farming. Good luck!
We have never purchased a mailing list. Like Lynnea Miller said, we have gotten targeted lists from the Title Company on a few occasions when doing specific target farming, which is rare for us. -Kasey
The mailing lists that are best depend on your target market, goals and objectives.
I ahve never purchased one either.
I don't and won't. Haven't heard they are worth the money and would rather develop my own
I don't do Snail mail
I get my mailing lists for free off the MLS tax base. They even set up label formats.
No, I have my own lists/database - I've never purchased one.
I do not. Build your own database. Make connections. Create connections. Serve others and the business will come.
Was never a fan. Never bought a mailing list!
I do not purchase mailing lists.
Nope, don't believe in shotgun advertising and making others rich.
No, postage is to expensive to send out junk mail.
