    What about liability insurance?  Will your umbrella policy handle a civil suit if the Lyft or Uber driver is in a crash?  Or will Uber / Lyft's insurance cover it?

I am a fan. In some areas of L.A. it is extremely difficult to park. It is cheaper to take uber or lift ( parking fee can be often more expensive than uber fee)

That just says to me "Hey, I can't afford a car"  Uber isn't cheap either.  You would be better off hiring a towncar from a local limo company and having a real chauffeur drive you around.

I did have my first buyer show up in an Uber. I would not have anyone drive me around on showings. But this was a relocation buyer who did not want to rent a car or depend on me for theor taxi service.
