The option to not work with them if a buyer is not qualified, a seller gets angry and screams "I'm not going to give it away" as you smile, thank them and move on. And renters, treat them like people not farm animals. Notice of showing makes the place look better. Picking better renters, that option to wait and not fill the rental hole with the first or second caller makes real estate life go smoother. Drama drains. (I was not crystal sure about the question but was not going to leave the answer blank. Food for thought. .)
