I have placed 4 homes under contract in one day, 3 times in 31 years

I am working with two buyers today as well Michael J. Perry 

One in the morning, and one in the afternoon

With our market, showing only one home to a buyer waiting in the wings is normal so, I've seen 5 in one day - and recently too!

I do not keep a record. I have had days when I scheduled buyers two hours apart all day.

I've met with as many as 3 buyers in a day but it's often dependent on how many properties I am showing each. 

I've shown properties and/or met as many as four different groups in one day, but that was only once and it was too stressful for me.

The most customers I've worked with, face to face, in one day is four.

I suppose that depends also on your definition of "worked" with but I consider communicating information to them that leads to closings to be working with them... most work done with sellers is NOT in person or necessarily even involving them directly at all. But by your question of face to face I believe 3 or 4 is likely the most I can imagine having done in a single day

A couple of weeks ago I had 3 buyers out showing homes, 12 hours and 18 homes.

I've had 2 almost simultaneously. 

I listed 3 homes in one day in 2001

Peak season I avg about 3 per day sometimes - the most I've done in one day was 5 - 3 written contracts and 2 for showings

A few weeks ago on a Saturday I met with five different clients during the day.

Michael J. Perry - 4! I started early in the morning and showed homes to 4 buyers on the same day!

I would guess 7 was my record.

Though we always have multiple projects going on at the same time, time and distance prohibit actually sending the same professional to meet with more than one on the same day.

I think 6 was my top number. The day started early and went late.

I've met with 4..1 listing and 3 buyers. In our market maybe only showing 1 house to each buyer.

It would be very hard to juggle more than two, I would think.  Especially if they want to see a number of homes.

No more than 1 buyer per day if previewing multiple properties. Yet, some of my listings required several showings per day to different groups.

Generally only one buyer in any give day.  Other appointments are managed as the need arises.  My goal is to ensure I have ample time for each appointment - not having to cut it short because I am booked back to back. 

Eleven, while selling units for a condo conversion back in '07. Five went to contract that day.

I had 4 in one day. What a day THAT was!

I think I recall one Saturday working with 3 different clients.... 

6 in 20 minute (1 house) to 2 hour blocks (full tour or inspection).

I never offer more than 2.5 hours to any buyer in a day unless they are from out of town/state and on limited time.

My average for a Saturday is 4, today is 3.

In person probably 4 or 5.

When I was working tracts, they come in...in bunches

Probably two. 

Do not really work with buyers any more. Taking way too long to get them to commit writing a contract. Most die hard buyers are frustrated with the what is on the market and the stellar asking and absurd sold prices.

Never kept track, and since there are two of us, we can handle many more. A

4 in one day

My busiest day I had four separate buyers to show properties to... and two offers negotiated and accepted that same day.  It was a marathon day.

Three and at the end of the day they all had contracts! Had more to do with their decision making than me!

3 & it was very tiring. The market is not that hot yet.

I have done four on occasion but limit it to a max of three no as it can be a lot of miles and being late for an appointment doesn't set well.

another reason we are listing agents....we can do many listing appointments in one day....

Had 7 investors from California in one day and had 10 from South Africa. 

I try to keep it at 2 when showing homes.  It is really according to how many homes I show.

Three or four when I was showing each only one or two homes.
