For many agents PRICE REDUCTION is their ONLY marketing strategy. They rely on NLP and manipulation to compel the seller to accept responsibility and comply.
These agent couldn't effectively sell cool spring water to a dehydrated desert wanderer.
I would use the same method, the same process that compels a man to check the GPS/MAP.
Sometimes it is because they are running out of gas or they finally recognize they are lost. These are closely related but a skilled person knows which button to actuate.
