I thought you meant the real thing as they are headquartered here lol. Yes, they should put up pics. On our REMAX site we call them balloon heads.

I saw them when I was in college, before they were famous.

For here, NO, THEY SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED, esp as many are new...and some don't know how to upload the pictures.  I remember having a lot of difficult w/ that.  Some are just trying to find their way around here, and we need to be a bit more welcoming.

Anyway, while they should not be required to, they should realize that they will get more, better and friendlier responses when they insert their picture.

It doesn't affect me one way or another.  I like to keep my head down and eyes on my own paper.

I saw one profile that had a photo hijacked off the Internet. If the blue men want to be low profile they will figure out a way to be incognito. Maybe they are or aren't legit? We may never know.

I think it should be something that is a requirement as past of your profile if you want to belong to the group... It's nice to put a face to a name.

Part of me wants to say that your profile cannot be active until you have a photo! It's easy to upload a photo and it's common on lots of social media profiles. That said, I am really not all that troubled but those who have these profiles sans photos could be missing out on an opportunity!

What Debbie Gartner said.  We should be encouraging and helpful.  People ought to be free to do whatever they want without requirements knowing that what they do, how much they participate and allow people to get to know them will directly result in success and relationships.  But it shouldn't be mandatory.  Maybe folks have reason for not having profile pictures.  Some use logos or pretty pictures instead as well.  Or maybe like Debbie said, they haven't figured it out, or don't have a good photo yet.

We have known other members that grabbed photos from the Internet and used as photos of employees, etc.  Do we really know who is behind those photos?

I don't mind the blue silhouettes if they have a name.  Anonymous silhouettes are usually one hit wonders, taking a class I would guess.

Well, I would take the Blue man group over the anonymous parade. But yes, it would be nice if they uploaded their pictures.

I don't think people should be required to upload a photo if they don't know how yet, or don't have a good one yet, or don't want to yet. Think of it like a blind date before you meet - you have no idea who's behind that silouette (yet).

It is no problem for me.  When they are comfortable they probably will put up a picture.  

It would however help them for I would guess that many are overlooked and will not get responses.

Photos are nice but not required.  Hopefully they will learn.

I definitely think you should get ___ number of days to complete your profile. For me, it's frustrating - I'm a visual person and hate when someone comments on others' posts and we can't see who they are!

Uploading a random photo or a photo of a famous celebrity will not solve anything.

Many people don't upload their own photos for a variety of reasons known to them.
