My list is my calendar.
Ones I've used in the corporate world:
- One Note - Note sharing, can be grouped and multiple people can use. Microsoft's version of Evernote. I used but didn't care too much for it.
- Evernote - Cross platform note program, sharable amongst a group. I used but didn't care too much for it.
- Checkvist.com - Website based checklist program. Anyone w/the password can use. No app on phone or integrations there. I used it 7+ years ago and liked it.
- Google Tasks - Now incorporated into Keep and Calendar IIRC. Need a Google Apps for full effect most likely, but can do a shared calendar with your team and just color code tasks a different color from calendar items.
we don't give or share to-do lists with our team members.... they work independently....
I use a program called SLACK, very user freindly.
I don't have a team and my list is on paper.
I do not have one ... I fly solo.
We share a google calendar and use drop box. It isn't a to do list specific technology but you can make a to do list and share it in drop box.
My team is me, my wife, and sometimes an assistant. We talk about what needs to be done, and do it.
I'm a team of one. So it's all up to me.
There are SO many!
And most are FREE!
Starting with Google and G-drive.
However, Trello.com is my go-to task manager/collaboration tool.
We use todoist.com
We all share a calendar but, have just signed up with Brivity and plan to utilize their system for the to-do lists - that way we don't have to duplicate our efforts by also adding contact information on our calendar.
I've tried Asana, which is a really neat program but it was more complicated than we needed for my office.
I don't have a team so it is all up to me
I do not use such a list.
We use Dropbox as well as a shared Apple calendar where we send invites for group meetings.
Most of our collaboration is done through Google Drive and Mindjet.
William Piotrowski - do not have virtual assistant - I will ask them to create market reports for me...lol!
It's just me. I view all of my lists myself.
Will have to see what others say!
I do not have a team.

I have not used a virtual to do list.
