There are a minimum of 12 and as many as 30 people involved in a single deal pending what part of the world and type of deal it is. That's a question that needs some brackets
It depends upon the jurisdiction as well as the terms of any agreements between the various parties.
There are many players in a transaction and the ultimate goal of all of us it to get the property closed quickly with as little hassle as possible. It can happen if everyone does their part of the job.
