"Whats your home worth?" is just one type of landing page campaign. Is it effective? It is if you take a few steps to drive traffic to the page.
But don't limit your landing page marketing to just this campaign. You can offer any type of content to generate leads. For example, info on alternative loan programs for small business owners, Expired listings report, first time buyer loan options, buyer guide specific to your local area, etc.
Here is a proven marketing fact: The more landing pages you have the more leads. It's true in real estate and any other business. Realtors can easily setup several of them at very little cost, integrate them into all of your marketing, and then you'll see a boost in lead production AND you'll improve your reputation as a real estate expert in your area. A win-win.
See several examples of real estate landing pages here: postAprop.com- A landing page services designed for agents.

Haven't tried either of these. I suspect it's money out the door but maybe someone here has a success story to share!

I worked with a company called Flipt and was very excited at first. What lood to be good leads with address and email sometime even a phone number. Stayed with the 6 month and dropped the service. Never did flip one lead in the six months. I found that most of the just wanted to know what ther house was worth, for a loan or refinance, others for FSBO.

Bob Crane said it so well. I have not heard of any of those companies. There are likely hundreds of them today. The market is saturated with agents using similar AVM technology.

I own my own, WhatsMyMarketValue.com, it was great about four years ago but then as everyone got on the band wagon it is almost null and void.

I would be cautious with any of these online lead generating services - you should be able to do that yourself with your sphere and your own website.

What may work for one does not work for others. Choose carefully! The one you pay for definitely orks for the vendor!

Kevin,
Our MLS provides us with cloud cma link for free. I have had it set up on my website longer than a year. Two customers have clicked, but not much more than that. I might remove it from my website soon.

Not all programs are equal. You have to tweek & work it or it won't work for you.
Never heard of any of these. You're better off with FB marketing yourself.

I don't deal in these odd ball sites...they are looking to take your money. Use that money to market yourself. Much bette payoff in the long run

Never heard of those. There are others that have been around for years that charge monthly fees, housevalues.com is one of them. I prefer to do cma or use rpr these days.
