The house I had to sell to get rid of my ex, it was a very high price to pay, but worth it.

One property does not a business make.  It is a nice number but annual volume  and total sides are more telling of the success of a business

It had many zeros in it.

Personally, under 200k, but we have been involved in some major timberland deals with over a half million acres, those were some significant investments.

Homes here start close to 7 figures. It is failry common agents sell multiple 7 figures per transaction.  Top agent sells $0.5 bilions yearly.

Well over one million for residential single family and well beyond that in a multiple site multifamily transaction. Mostly more affordable average properties.

I'm not a realtor, but highest priced home we did work on was $10 million and then we did work on a guest house for a huge property that had sold for $36 million I think.

It was somewhere in the $700s.   The clients were great and the house beautiful but that's not the one that consistently butters my bread.  ;)
