That seems to be an issue with AOL... I have problems with AOL accounts when I mail from Market Leader, as well. And often from when I email from my MLS.

That sounds typical for those that continue to use AOL.

Yes, spoke to them about that and they tell me that AOL, and now Yahoo which are legacy systems, they are having issues with.

Be aware, ANY email source can be identified by ISP providers as a source of spam. All ISPs have the ability to flag the sources they choose as spam and require their users to create 'exception' to receive email from that source.
I would imagine that mail-monkey and consistent contact email services are also blocked by AOL.
I suggest you execute validation plan for any CRM provider you choose. As a result of testing, I have found some that are just TOO DANGEROUS TO USE. But agents are on Auto bill, not knowing they are damaging their business.

Thanks for all the responses I am amaze as Ihave had Top Producer for over 20 years and this is a first for me. I just reached out to a former trainer and he forward this article:
I reached out to a Former Trainer fro Top Producerand he sent this article: Top Producer Emails are Blocked by Yahoo and AOL Accounts Mar 31, 2015 • 237 views • 1 Like One of the top tools Realtors can use to stay connected with potential future clients and past customers is by mass sending emails via their Top Producer program. However, in recent weeks, many Realtors have noticed that emails sent from Top Producer to Yahoo and AOL addresses are being bounced back as undeliverable. As it turns out, the email address in your database for the Yahoo and AOL users are most likely correct. The reason for the bounce back has to do with new security measures that Yahoo and AOL have adopted this year. This new security setting believes all Top Producer emails to be spam and/or dangerous. It then blocks the emails from ever getting delivered to their customer’s inbox. The emails don’t even reach the receivers’ Yahoo and AOL spam boxes, but rather are completely blocked, causing the sender’s inbox to be filled with numerous MAILER DAEMON notices. Our team at REVStaffing has spent a great deal of time working with the support group of Top Producer. There is a workaround solution that will allow your emails from Top Producer to reach the inbox of any legitimate Yahoo or AOL email address. The solution involves contacting the email provider used by the Realtor in his/her Top Producer. (For example, if the Top Producer-sent emails have a return address of SallySmith@KW.com, then the email support team at KW.com would have to be contacted.) The email provider will have to create an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record, allowing 11 particular IP addresses to be added. The creation of this SPF record will let Yahoo and AOL know that the messages being sent from an agent’s Top Producer account are not dangerous and will allow them to get past their new security measures. REVStaffing assistants will be happy to take care of this solution for its customers who request it. Be sure to email your REVStaffing Manager for assistance. Problems Sending to AOL E-mail addresses Problems Sending E-mail to AOL Email addresses Question: I am having problems sending e-mail to AOL users. My e-mail is getting returned with the following subject: “Returned mail: see transcript for details” or “Warning: could not send message for past 4 hours” Answer: EXPLANATION: The IP address you are sending from has been blocked due to AOL Member complaints and/or high volumes of e-mail. Solutions: If you are on a shared hosting platform the issue may be that someone else on the platform has been spamming. If your host is unresponsive and you need to send to aol users there often isn’t much you can to but change to a more responsive host…there are many good hosting companies and we at Bower Web Solutions like to think of ourselves as one of them. Complaints: When an AOL member clicks “this is spam” for a piece of e-mail sent from one of your IPs, this is considered a “complaint”. If you are having difficulty with the number of complaints you are receiving, a feedback loop would benefit you. Once you have requested a feedback loop you will be notified when a member clicks “this is spam”. See feedback loop for additional information. The feedback loop (FBL) will forward any mail reported as spam originating from the associated IP addresses back to the listed e-mail address. Feedback Loop Information When an AOL member clicks “this is spam” for a piece of e-mail sent from one of your IPs, this is considered a “complaint”. If you are having difficulty with the number of complaints you are receiving a feedback loop would benefit you. Once you have requested a feedback loop you will be notified when a member clicks “this is spam”. The e-mail sent to you from SCOMP@aol.net will contain the complete e-mail and header information. Due to the AOL member privacy policy they cannot include the e-mail address that it was originally sent to. You can sign up at the Feedback Loop Request Form. Below are some suggestions on how the feedback loop can help you: Making the most of the feedback loop Customize your e-mail: We suggest using custom e-mail headers or a custom remove link in the e-mail to help you determine what part of your member base may have subscribed in error. What to do with the information Mailing lists: We suggest removing members from your list who have marked the mail as spam. If they continue to receive the e-mail and mark it as spam it will continue to generate complaints. Some mailing list administrators have taken the drastic measure of removing all aol members and sending them an email asking them to re-subscribe. This is making the many pay for the sins of the few but is often the only reasonable recourse. Using a 3rd party for your mass emailing such as Constant Contact moves the issue to another server that will not affect your normal email plus all of the better ones already have a relationship with aol as well as many of the major RBL (Remote or Realtime Black Lists). Network Security: Detecting and stopping sources of spam on your network is crucial. These sources can stem from viruses or problems with network security. When you must have this information: If you have submitted a request for the whitelist, using the feedback loop is a requirement for approval. This will assure us that you are aware of complaints against your e-mail and that you are taking steps to correct them.

Yes I have. I used to use my yahoo account to send out email blasts and now use gmail. It seems to work better. Top Producer has had issues with AOL and once they spot an email as spam it takes a while for it to be released. Not much we or TP can do about this. FYI limit emails to less than 1,000 per day. They flag more than that.

Frustrating isn't it?! Our MLS system is having issues with that too. I find that one mass email sent through TP causes a number of them to be blocked... not just AOL but that's a primary one.

AOL has been blocking my emails to customers for years - there are few other isp's that do so as well
What has most likely happened is an AOL visitor has flagged you as a spammer - you should have gotten a warning email from their server about this.
The only way to get around this is have every aol email customer add you to their approved list - I have directions on my site about this for the various isp's.

Just now? AOL is just horrible & I'm not sure why anyone still has their email there. It's like tying a rock to your message & trying to send it.
Evidently someone switch spam filters or your TP needs to be upgraded. You could do so much better than TP for contacts.
