I saw this a few weeks ago & I can sum it up in one word:  HIDEOUS.

I'm starting to like that special 'mauve' they had 2 years ago.

I don't see these so much as wall colors but think they would be some excellent accent colors to bring some pop to a room. That yellow and Greenery color have been used by my daughter in her last 3 homes on her walls. She loves them.

It depends.

On the house.

On the room.

On the style.

On the location/market.

Hazelnut is the only one I could see me recommending to anyone about to hit the market.  What is trendy is not necessarily what is good to market a home.

I only recommend neutral colours.  I do not click on unknown website links so I don't know exactly what colours your five names refer to.  Furthermore, the RGB colour space may be different than the colour space of your paint colours and the colour that the paint will actually appear to be will vary based on lighting, type of underlying surface and other factors.

They seem more like accent colors than what you want on the walls that will appeal to a range of buyers.

Many of the colours featured in your link are difficult to work with, and most contain quite a bit of black.  As a stager, I would remove much of the black (which will leave the colours more cheerful) and pale them until they become refined.

Only the strong pink and the green are useful as they are.  The pink will help any time you have a room full of grey, or a bathroom full of grey slate or kitchen with stainless steel.  Pink really softens the sterile look of grey.

The green is useful to transform a house full of brown wood into a forest, but I would tend to keep the walls more neutral and use that green in some lovely art.

I would say Hazelnut is closest to neutral; others would not work for a general audience. These colors are for individual tastes (maybe), not for selling a home.

I can't say I'm crazy about any of them.  I think they made really poor choices.

I always loved blues, so Niagara is pretty nice, but I wouldn't use on walls.  I would use as a pillow accent.

None of these are good for walls and certainly not if you are selling your house.
