Newsletter monthly, holiday celebrations when applicable 

Most definitely, I send them a newsletter, and a monthly report on the market, or other real estate news, like changes to mortgage rules and of course holidays.. I "touch" them about 36 times a year via email, and sometimes a phone call.  Our database is the source for a lot of business and if we don't keep in touch with them, they will ceretainly choose another realtor when it comes time to buy or sell...

Desmond Neoh I have been sending out a monthly newsletter via email to my data base for over ten years.  I will usually include a review of the current market conditions, picutes, links to listings and a link to my website most often containing local holiday events that are coming up.

Hi Desmond - As one of our regular soft touches to our client base, we do a monthly newsletter that is basically a market update and outlook for our major northern Colorado markets. We get in excess of 45% opens.

I am in constant contact with my clients throughout the month. My contacts do not get emailed on a monthly basis unless they have signed up for a search feed.

Yes I do..I've created my own..simple, short and sweet.. offering things of value..great response from them.

Not a newsletter. I'm moving to a new database and try to create a new schedule how often to contact who( dividing by groups).

We send out about 5,000 email property updates every day. They love getting emailed new listings that match their requirements and they think you are taking the time to do it just for them.

I am uncertain who you are defining as clients.

Text book would be those with whom you have an active contract in place. I am talking to these several times a week. No need to send them more clutter.

Now that leaves past clients, farm and SOI. 

Past clients are separated into A, B, C and D.  I talk to the A's every month and am more likely to engage is good behavior reinforcement activity. B, C and D are communicated with the same as the farm.

The all receive a newsletter. Knowing that every citizen is faced with one of five categories of decision they must make, the newsletter is segmented to offer something is each of those categories and a piece I write regarding local real estate and always with a offer for promise fulfillment. RARELY do I ever write about listings, sold houses or mortgage rates. None of those is about them.

Contrary to popular belief, people DO like paper according to my response rate analysis. But that is here in Palm Harbor, FL Those who only do electronic do not have A/B test result benefits.

I send a light tough email that typically has NOTHING to do with real estate. It creates a lot of engagement ... which is all I want.  

Since I do exclusively investors it is quarterly email newsletters.

Email newsletters and occassionally market info and homes of interest

I used to send an e-newsletter every couple of months, but my open rate decreased so much it made it difficult to spend the time to do it.

Yes, we send email e-greetings. We sent out an e-greeting for all the different holidays each year, the serious ones and the fun ones. We also send out birthday, anniversary, and  important news bites. 
Nestor makes swiss cheese from our local town paper and scans those. Then he sends those out along with his take on the news bit. 

Just this past week - someone called us who has been getting emails from us for 5 years to list their condo!!! 

You just never know. BTW: we have one of our vas who creates the messages and uploads them and gets them in our CRM, etc.  She just finished all of the 2017 year schedule of holidays, etc. 

   I may return to emailing a monthly newsletter this year.  It will be market reports, sales data.

I send emails to clients when I have something I want to email to them.  I do not have a set number of emails I send.  It depends on the client, transaction and other factors.
