I wish I could judge it solely on this.  I believe it may be a well thought out campaign that appeals to those that would be perfect for this specific condo/ properties/development.  I have been preaching the importance of pycho graphics for at least the last 3 years...So this may be what will appeal for those who would buy there...A

Doesn't work for me nor is it something I would mimic for a client. It might grab your attention but are you grabbing the right audience?

Personally, I don't relate to these kind of ads.

It looks like a clothing ad, but I can't imagine any clothing company spending money without putting their name on it.  In fact, it's hard to imagine anyone doing that...but come to think of it, in Toronto some years ago someone ran a series of ads and their name didn't come right away.  They got a lot of interest and people talk as we all guessed.

Interesting approach.  Only a very large company can afford to run a campaign that expensive for delayed payoff.

I read into it a lifestyle, fashion, companionship and love.

Maybe that you should think about this pretty woman and not the recent New Yorker article about what's happening to the Miami Beach waterfront with flooding possibilities?

I am sure there is a subliminal message there for people most likely to purchase waterfront properties in Miami.

I am going to assume this is part of a larger image campaign that appeals to the members of their target market, of which I can assure you I am not one.

Then the message becomes more clear.

What 'priveledge' does this image evoke in those in the market segment.

We are talking specifically of the 'South Beach' mindset.

It probably means something along the lines of a view can be just blah, but a waterfront view is gorgeous and interesting (hence the colorful/patterned dress rather than a simple black one).

That being said, I have no idea what this ad is even really selling. A restaurant? Clothing store? Way of life?

 Miami is a totally different market than most - could be that it appeals to a particular buyer.  Ron and Alexandra Seigel has in depth knowledge of this topic - Alexandra won't steer you wrong!

I would go a different direction...
