SEO is not something I would CRAM.  It's a slow and steady as she goes learning process for me ... otherwise risk overload and overwhelm. 

I am not sure cram is the best idea. It's an on going process. I would follow Tammy Emineth to see what she has to say.

Katerina Gasset also has webinars/recordings for you.

Even AR has stuff recorded in the University section.

We have one of the best pro who takes care of that for us and our clients, at a very reasonably rate.  It is not worth our time personally.  

"cram course???" hmmmm .... fast track SEO is as crammed as you'll find it.... but it's very thorough..... the latest and greatest of SEO is always provided by Nestor & Katerina Gasset (Katerina).... if you're serious about learning AND UNDERSTANDING the changes that frequently surface with algorithms employed by Google, have a conversation with katerina about joining Fast Track SEO to the TOP.... there is nothing better....

that's as close to a cram course as you'll ever find...but that term is sooo wrong when used to describe what katerina has to offer.... she has a great following....no one is 100% and there may be one or two who floated away... but 99% are like glue to this woman....
